Unpacking...

I have been so busy with... unpacking. I hate to pack. And unpack. So I don't really get why people would move. I'm happy that my clothes, cooking stuff, food are all here. Really I am. But I'm not so hot about putting them into the closet and cabinets. Have you seen the closet at RR? It's tiny. And the shelves are so high. I can't reach them. I had to resort to hanging most of our clothes. As a result, I'm out of hangars and hanging space. I've got my favourite chair. I just bought a side table from Ross. Just waiting for the sofa to arrive.

I discovered an advantage to staying at RR. I can line dry the laundry in my balcony! (Advantage of staying on the upper level) I don't really like to use the dryer. It's an awful waste of electricity. And it shrinks clothes. There's free sunshine (kills germs anyone?) and the clothes get dry within a couple of hours. Nice! Only it's kind of dusty so you can't leave them out for so long.

Tomorrow we're going to the library because the books are due and I want to pick up a book on hiking trails. And to the post office because I need to post all the Kate Spade and VS stuff to N.
