Lunch today

was green curry and eggs sunny side up with tomatoes and green onions.

I can never do eggs sunny side up well. I'm afraid of the oil spattering and my wok keeps sticking. Like right now. I can't get the remnants of the egg off of the bottom of my wok. Admittedly, it's not my favourite wok. I like my WMF one. But I knew that it would stick and I didn't want to destroy my WMF. So anyway, the eggs turned out well. But I overestimated on the green curry. I put too much paste and needed to add almost a gallon of 2% and quite a bit of water, I might add, before it wasn't too salty. But it sure was spicy. Now I've got a LOT of green curry left.
